How to Use the Satellite Finder?

Step 1: Connect the ""satellite"" to the antenna tuner side and connect the ""Receiver"" port on the other side to the receiver and turn on the receiver and the TV.
Step 2: After the receiver is turned on, the voltage supplied from the receiver is 13-18V. Check that the star instrument is on and the lamp is on.
Step 3: Set the data (including local oscillator frequency, downlink frequency, symbol rate, polarization, etc.) of the star to be received in the receiver and turn on the signal strength -and signal quality cursor status.
Step 4: Adjust the knob on the side of the finder counterclockwise to the maximum (otherwise the signal will always be 0%).
Step 5: Adjust the antenna azimuth and elevation angle, LCD display 99%, adjust the side of the knob, so that part of the received signal attenuation, and then adjust the antenna azimuth, elevation and LNB polarization angle, repeated several times until The signal is no longer increased.
Step 6: Combine the satellite receiver to determine whether the signal is the desired star signal. If it is, remove the finder and reconnect the receiver to the LNB. If the received signal is not the desired star signal, repeat the above work.

Please Note:

1. Find the star instrument can not identify the user to find the star signal, any star signal input, the finder will show a signal. At this point only from the star receiver to find the star parameters to find the signal quality cursor up to confirm.
2. Ku-band can be directly connected to the C-band tuning star in the plan to the high-frequency head between the string into a power splitter or 100 meters or so cable to attenuate the signal, otherwise the planer will be self-excited LCD display numbers can not be lowered.
